Why are the 100 % Natural Face Scrubs and Face Masks in powder form and not a paste?
There are two reasons for this. Herbal Mystique products are 100% natural and have no preservatives added. Hence to enhance its shelf life they are in powder form as it is necessary to add preservatives and stabilizers to pastes to prevent them from deterioration. And secondly the efficacy of the product is highest when it is mixed fresh. Hence when you reconstitute at the time of use you get the maximum benefit of all the herbs.
Why do we have to use just a few drops of the Facial Cleanser, Facial Massage oil, Facial Moisturizer and Facial Toner – is it enough?
All of Herbal Mystique products are pure and in concentrated form .They are not added to any cream or lotion base to give it body. Hence a few drops are sufficient to nourish the skin and maintain the oil and water balance.

Why are the Facial Cleanser and Facial Moisturizer in "Oil" form?
The cleanser and moisturizer are essential oil based formulations. They play a very important role in maintaining the 'oil-water balance' of the skin without drying. The use of these products do not leave an oily finish.
Can I use the Facial Cleanser, Facial Massage oil, Facial Moisturizer and Facial Toner for my 13 year old daughter?
The products are safe to be used on children – provided there are no allergies to the ingredients. Ayurvedic massage oils have been used for centuries for relaxing and toning the muscles and keeping the skin healthy.
Do I have to use a sunblock when going out in the sun?
Yes, you will have to use a sun block with SPF over the moisturizer whenever going out in the sun.
Can I buy single products like the Facial Massage oil, etc., or do I have to buy the kit of all 6 products?
Yes individual products are available. For best results a complete 6 step facial is recommended twice a month.
Can I use the Face Scrubs by itself more than once a week?
The scrub exfoliates the dead skin and makes skin ready for the absorption of the nutrients provided by therapies like Facial massage and Mask. It is not advisable to do it more than once a week.
